The recreational fee (CZK 6,- per person/per day) that we have the obligation to pass to Opařany municipality is not included in the price.
Listed rates include 10% DPH taxes.
It is possible to arrange breakfast, half-board or full-board based on the previous agreement.
Breakfast cost CZK 120,- (5,- EUR).
Rates for groups are calculated individually on the basis of required time period, number of people etc.
The accommodation/premise are bindingly booked only after obtaining the agreed amount, always based on the preliminary agreement.
Ground floor: 12 beds + 4 extra beds
First floor: 11 beds + 4 extra beds
Second floor: 6 beds (-20%)
Cancellation terms:
till 28 days before arrival 0% from the entire amount of stay
27 - 14 days before arrival 30% from the entire amount of stay
13 - 4 days before arrival 70% from the entire amount of stay
3 days before arrival 100% from the entire amount of stay
